4. Take note of the measurement in centimeters.

2. Place the measuring tape at the top of your shoulder and let it hang down to your desired length (e.g., hip length, thigh length).
3. Ensure the measuring tape is straight and not twisted, and take note of the measurement in centimeters.

Measuring Sleeve Size:

1. Extend one arm out to the side and bend it slightly at the elbow.
2. Place the measuring tape at the center of the back of your neck.
3. Measure from the center of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist.
4. Take note of the measurement in centimeters.
