NOTE: Order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For standard rate shipping: We offer a flat rate of $8.99 for shipping within the United States.

For orders over $40: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $40 within the United States!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Contact@thegiftdimension.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers used by our fulfillment partners may have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. For best results, please provide a physical street address. If you have a P.O. box address, please contact us at Contact@thegiftdimension.com before placing your order to confirm if delivery is possible.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Contact@thegiftdimension.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to make the situation right and your satisfaction is our number one priority.
